THE VENUE
The venue is Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa it is located on 75 acres of tropical gardens in the heart of Karon Beach, one of the most beautiful beach on Phuket’s west coast that offers the ideal privacy amongst the virgin nature. Answer: Most western and Asian nationalities do not need a visa to come to Thailand. You can get a free 30 days visa stamp upon arrival; however, it is wise to double check either by contacting the Thai Embassy in your respective countries for more information.

Answer: Simply complete the registration form online or you can send an email to us at sosmedical@ymail.com for the registration form to be mailed to your mailing address. We will then issue an invoice for the registration fee. Mode of payment is either by bank transfer, bank cheque or Western Union. Credit card payment is not available at this time.
10. I want to speak during the conference, what shall I do?
Answer: You can sign up for the ‘Call for Papers’ section and submit your abstract/papers together with your discounted registration fee payment on or before March 31, 2009.
