Papers may treat one or more of the conference themes in a manner that contributes to a discussion of further conference aims.
Conference papers must be presented to the organizers in the finish format not less than 90 days prior to the event.
1st Closing date for papers will be on Dec 20, 2009.
If papers are not chosen in the first round they may be resubmitted in the second round.
All papers must be submitted in a MS Word and by CD.
Authors of papers presented at the conference are formally notified here by submitting the paper to allow for the dissemination of information or the content within the paper.
Registration fee of $500U.S. will apply to all persons submitting papers; payable upon submitting your papers.
Papers should not contain offensive language and must take into account cultural sensitivities of the host country..
